The Forecourt

The Forecourt - what3words (brick.answer.elbow)

Approach Cambridge on the A14 (accessible from the M11, M1 and M6) and at junction 33 of the A14, take the A1309 Milton Road south signed 'Cambridge and City Centre'. At a roundabout 1 1/2 miles along, turn left onto Elizabeth Way signed 'Cambridge'. At the next roundabout go straight ahead, signed 'Station and Cherry Hinton', and cross the river Cam on an obvious modern bridge. At the next roundabout turn right onto Newmarket Road. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout onto Jesus Lane. After a further 1/2 mile continue straight on at the traffic lights and follow the road round to the right taking you onto Bridge Street; go past the Round Church on the right and carry straight on to Bridge Street where the entrance to Forecourt is located immediately after the bus stop on the left. This will ensure you avoid driving past the CCTV camera further along Bridge Street..

Access to the Forecourt is controlled by a pair of wooden automatic doors. The Porters may notice your car and open the doors, otherwise ring the bell by the side of the pedestrian door to the right of the wooden doors. Once inside, find a parking space and contact the Forecourt Porter's Lodge under the arcade.

*****Please do not attempt to reach the Forecourt car park via Magdalene Street as this route will take you through a bus lane. It is not lawful to drive along this lane, and you will receive a Penalty Charge Notice of £90.*****
